"We are ready to consider and adopt a set of structural measures to compensate for the damages Turkish companies may suffer due to the Russian embargo, in particular, in the agricultural and tourism sectors," Davutoglu was quoted by Turkey's NTV channel as saying.
Moscow's relations with Ankara deteriorated after a Russian Su-24 front-line bomber was downed on November 24 by a missile fired by a Turkish F-16 fighter over Syria in response to an alleged violation of Turkish airspace by the Russian jet.
In response to the incident, Russia introduced a set of economic measures against Turkey. In particular, Russia has prohibited the import of some products from Turkey, including poultry offal, certain fruit and vegetables, effective from January 2016.
