PARIS (Sputnik) — "If we are to come green, your support has to become more flexible, and should flow more to us, because without this help we cannot implement green technologies, as well as without having your technologies, without transfer of your know-how," Fahmy said on the sidelines of the 21st UN Climate Change Conference (COP21) in Paris.
According to the minister, developed countries have contributed to climate change the most.
The COP 21 is held in the French capital from November 30 to December 11. The conference's aim is to reach a legally binding agreement on climate change. The most recent version of the draft will be presented to the environment ministers on Monday.
