In their attempts to back Turkey, the US has underestimated the role of oil trafficking by Daesh (also known as ISIL) and has kept silent about how the terrorist group receives its oil incomes, Russian lawmaker Alexei Pushkov said.
Выгораживая Турцию,- мол, объем контрабанды нефти из ИГ очень мал, США не объясняют, откуда ИГ получает свои нефтяные доходы. Сказать нечего

"Saying that Daesh smuggles only a small amount of oil, the US cannot explain where its oil incomes come from. They have said nothing," Pushkov wrote on Twitter.
After crossing the Syrian-Turkish border, tanker trucks carrying illegal oil move to Turkish ports, and then the oil is transported by sea to other countries for refining, the Russian Defense Ministry said last week.
As evidence, the ministry provided satellite images showing alleged tanker trucks moving from Daesh-seized areas to Turkey.
