MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited British specialists to take part in the decoding of the flight recorder from the Russian Su-24 Fencer bomber jet downed by the Turkish Air Force over Syria while carrying out operations, the Kremlin’s press service said Wednesday.
“[British Prime Minister] David Cameron expressed his condolences in regard to the destruction of the Russian military airplane in Syria. Vladimir Putin invited British specialists to participate in the decoding of the information on the flight recorders of the downed Su-24,” the press service said after Putin and Cameron held a telephone conversation.
