MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow is worried about growing political extremism and persecution of dissidents in Ukraine, Russia's envoy to OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said Friday.
"We are concerned about the continuing practices of political extremism, persecution of dissidents, detention of people on accusations of 'latent separatism' or disagreement with policies carried out by current Kiev authorities, or even without any charges," Lukashevich said in a statement posted on Russian Foreign Ministry's website.
