MOSCOW (Sputnik) — "Passenger numbers at Paris airports went up by 3.6 percent between November 1 and 13, 2015, and the events that took place in Paris and Saint-Denis on November 13 led to a decrease in passenger numbers of 6 percent compared to the same period last year," the press release reads.
On November 13, a series of terrorist attacks were staged across the French capital and one of its suburbs, killing 130 people and injuring over 350.
The Islamic State (IS, or Daesh in Arabic) jihadist group claimed responsibility for the attacks. The organization is banned in many countries, including Russia.
