WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Darius Rosebrough, 21, and a 16-year-old were arrested on charges of failure to obey, disorderly conduct, and using a blow horn in the proximity of the court house, Newsweek reported.
Earlier on Wednesday, Baltimore Judge Barry Williams called a mistrial in the case of police officer William Porter after jurors could not reach a verdict on any of the charges Porter has been accused of.
In April, Baltimore resident Gray, 25, died from spinal cord injuries that he sustained while in police custody. The six officers who arrested him are accused of ignoring Gray’s requests for medical help. They face charges on counts of assault, manslaughter, false imprisonment and misconduct in office.
In May, a grand jury indicted the six officers, leading the US Attorney General Loretta Lynch to announce a Justice Department investigation into the Baltimore Police Department practices.
