Even though the Russian president saw he did not see any opportunities to reestablish good relations with the Turkish leadership, he said that the cooperation on the humanitarian level would continue.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — It is impossible to agree with the current leadership of Turkey, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday.

"It is hard or almost impossible for us to agree with the current Turkish government, as experience has shown. And even when and where we say yes to them, we are stabbed in the side or in the back, for unknown reasons to us. So therefore on the governmental level I do not see prospects," Putin said during his annual press conference.
