The militants' positions were eliminated in several neighborhoods of the city of Aleppo, including al-Lairamoun, al-Firdous and Bani Zaid on Thursday, sources said.
Additionally, the Syrian troops managed to destroy militant strongholds in the districts of al-Maasaraniyeh, al-Sheikh Lutfi and Bustan al-Basha in Aleppo. Scores of terrorists were reportedly killed in the fighting.
