VLADIVOSTOK (Sputnik) — International law that excludes double and triple interpretation should be strengthened to avoid chaos, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a documentary aired Sunday.

"We have only one recipe — to strengthen basics of modern international law [where] no double or triple interpretation is possible," Putin said in the documentary aired on Rossiya 1 television channel.

According to the Russian president, it applies to Syria and any other states.
