"The ministry of coal and energy is looking for new markets," he said. "We should not focus on Ukraine as our only client. That’s why we are looking for ways to sell our coal also to European and Middle Eastern markets,” Zakharcenko said.
Zakharchenko also said that coal supplies to Ukraine had been resumed after Ukraine restored electriccity to Crimea.
In November the DPR suspended coal supplies to the Kiev-controlled territories of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that Russia had resumed supplies of coking coal to Ukraine.
