According to the TV channel, the companies demanded their Turkish partners to remove the labels on their clothes with the inscription ‘Made in Turkey’ because of problems with supplies to Russia.
It is noted that the brands are faced with congested warehouses not only in Turkey but also in other European countries.
It was earlier reported that Russia is preparing a new packet of economic sanctions against Turkey. Relations between the two countries deteriorated after November 24, when the Russian Su-24 was shot down in Latakia, Syria by the Turkish Air Force not far from the border.
Following the incident Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree introducing special economic measures against Turkey.
