MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to Gallup, 81 percent of the country's population believes the same problem extensively affects Ukrainian businesses, while only 5 percent of people believe that the government is doing enough to fight corruption.

At the same time, Ukrainians' trust in their national government has hit its lowest levels, with only 8 percent of the population expressing confidence in it. The figure is three times lower than the 24 percent approval rating it enjoyed in 2014.

The poll was conducted by Gallup in July-August among 1,000 Ukrainian residents aged 15 and older.
