KIEV (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, Ukraine's Parliament Speaker Vladimir Groysman said that after the adoption of the 2016 state budget, it was high time to to raise the question about reformatting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
"I came to work for Ukraine's benefit; to conduct those reforms, carry out those tasks, which the Finance Ministry is responsible for. If the day comes when I do not have a possibility to do anything at his post, I will leave. So far, I am struggling to realize our governmental program of reforms and to improve the situation," Jaresko said in an interview with the Ukrainian news portal Delo.
Current Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has been working for over a year.
Some country's lawmakers have expressed dissatisfaction with the government's work and insisted on resignation of Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk and some other ministers. However, the Ukrainian authorities said earlier in December that prime minister's resignation was not on the agenda.
