Israeli politicians, including Benjamin Netanyahu, have condemned a video showing teenagers dancing with guns at a wedding and stabbing a picture of a Palestinian toddler murdered in an anti-Palestinian hate crime.

The very young child, Ali Dawabshe, and his parents were killed in an arson attack over the summer.

The sad and imbecilic video was filmed at the wedding of a couple who is “very well known in the radical right,” and is reportedly friends with the accused murderers of the toddler and his family. The groom was allegedly arrested previously for Jewish terrorism, but was cleared and released.

The footage was obtained by an Israeli television station, and was described by Netanyahu as “shocking images,” which he said displayed “the real face of a group that poses danger to Israeli society and security,” the Guardian reported.

Guests at the wedding, some of whom are waving knives and Molotov cocktails, are also heard singing, “Let me with one blow get revenge on the Palestinians for my two eyes.”

“Those kids were literally awash with hatred,” one guest at the wedding told the Israeli station. “I’ve attended these kinds of weddings for several years, and those songs repeat themselves – but the weapons and the punctured photograph of the toddler Ali Dawabshe were a real crossing of a red line.”

The murders of the Dawabshe family lead to a widespread Palestinian uprising, killing 20 Israelis and a US citizen beginning in October. During the same time, Israeli forces and armed civilians killed at least 121 Palestinians.

Other leaders along with Netanyahu condemned the repulsive actions in the video.

“You miserable people, you’ve forgotten what it is to be Jews. You disgrace your skullcap, your prayer shawl and the name of God. Whoever dances at a wedding and celebrates the murder of a sleeping baby is not Jewish and not Israeli. He should be put behind bars as quickly as possible,” Zionist Union leader Isaac Herzog tweeted.

Many Israeli citizens, from Israeli newspaper columnists to chief rabbi  David Lau, have condemned the actions of the wedding party.

“The evil ideology of price tag is not the path of religious Zionism,” Bezalel Smotrich of the Jewish Home party, an extremely right-wing pro-Israel group told the Guardian. “That surreal dance with the picture of the baby who was murdered in his sleep represents a dangerous ideology and a loss of humanity.”

Israeli police have announced that they are investigating several people in the video for “numerous and serious offences,” including the reckless use of weapons.
