MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The disorders broke out after an immigrant from Guinea-Bissau was stabbed in the alleged collision with the Gypsies, the Spanish online newspaper Publico reported Friday.
The newspaper reported that migrants of African origin started burning trash containers and furniture in the streets of the district, inhabited mostly by the Gypsies.
Europe is currently struggling with the greatest refugee crisis since the end of the World War II.
Almost a million people arrived in the coastal EU states, such as Spain, Greece and Italy through the Mediterranean as refugees and migrants so far this year, most of them from the Middle East and Africa.
