MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia is wiling to build partnership with the United States on the basis of mutual interest, including in the economy sphere, according to the updated version of Russia's national security strategy.
"The Russian Federation is interested in fully-fledged partnership with the United States on the basis of coinciding interests, including economic issues, and taking into consideration key influence of Russian-US relations on the global affairs in general," the document says.
Moreover, the updated version of Russia's national security strategy puts instigation of "color revolutions," destruction of traditional values, corruption as well as cyber-terrorism on the list of threats to the country's national security.
The full text of the document, which replaces the strategy adopted in 2009, was published on Thursday on the government's legal information portal.
