MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Wednesday, Jonathan Reynolds, Stephen Doughty and Kevan Jones, who are shadow ministers for transport, foreign affairs and defense correspondingly, announced their resignation in protest to Corbyn's reshuffle of the cabinet.
Earlier this week, Corbyn sacked shadow Europe Minister Pat McFadden for "disloyalty," and replaced pro-Trident nuclear weapons Shadow Defense Secretary Maria Eagle with Emily Thornberry, who is loyal to Corbyn's views on nuclear issues.
According to The Guardian, the new appointments are: Kate Hollern, as a shadow defense minister; Jenny Chapman as a shadow education minister; Jo Stevens as a shadow justice minister; Andy McDonald as a shadow transport minister; Angela Rayner as a shadow work and pensions minister, and Fabian Hamilton as a shadow foreign affairs minister.
According to the publication, with these appointments Corbyn has finished his frontbench reshuffle.
