The explosion killed a 28-year-old Thai woman and wounded seven other customers. A 40-year-old woman had her leg ripped off by the blast, according to the outlet. One person has yet to be identified.
The second explosion went off in front of the restaurant shortly after the first attack, although this time no one was hurt.
A team of police and military experts was dispatched to the scene, which was cordoned off. The Thai outlet said security agencies in the province had earlier issued a warning cautioning about possible attacks in urban and popular tourist areas.
