MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Emergency crews are on the scene. No immediate information on injuries was available.

According to CTV news, the Northern Lights School Division has confirmed that there was "an active shooter" at the La Loche high school.

"Fire chief says boy with a gun in custody," CTV reporter John Baglieri said via Twitter.
