Snowpocalypse
20:16 GMT 22.01.2016 (Updated: 10:42 GMT 06.08.2022) Washington DC is bracing for what may prove to be one of the biggest snowstorms on record. Could the sudden cold be enough to actually shock the US Congress into actually doing its job?
The US capital could get as much as two feet of snow through Saturday evening. Given that a light dusting on Thursday evening caused citywide traffic jams, a heavier storm could have pretty drastic effects, including stranding the lawmakers at their desks and necessitating their active participation in actually governing.
