Car owners in the South Australian city of Adelaide found it difficult to reach their destination because of thunderstorms in the city on Friday.

Flooding, resulting from strong winds, restricted the movement of cars on Adelaide's Goodwood Road. Drivers were reluctant to swim, but passers-by offered encouragement.
