MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow and Cairo will continue to cooperate in the field of international and regional security and in the fight against terrorism, Russian lower house speaker Sergei Naryshkin said Monday.
"We, of course, will continue active cooperation on international and regional security, regional stability and cooperation in the fight against international terrorism," Naryshkin told reporters.
Russia imposed ban on flights to Egypt due to security concerns following the crash of a Russia-operated Airbus A321 over Egypt's Sinai Peninsula in October, which killed all 224 people on board, after an explosive device detonated in the passenger compartment.
