MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The meeting will take place in the Finnish city of Vantaa, the Yle broadcasting company reported.
According to the media outlet, the preparatory work for this ministerial meeting was carried out in December 2015, during the meetings of high-ranking interior ministerial officials from the two countries.
Earlier in the day, Orpo said, as quoted by the publication, that Finland was concerned about changes taking place on the eastern border with Russia, as Russian border guards were allowing refugees without the necessary documents enter Finland.
According to the Finnish Border Guard, up to 7,500 asylum seekers could arrive in Finland through the Russian border.
