MOSCOW (Sputnik) – “If we’re going to provide for a so-called inclusiveness in all the processes, when all of the players having an influence on the situation aren’t isolated, but will be invited to the negotiations table, this will be a reflection of the need to consider the new realities in the world, in world policy and in the economy,” Lavrov said during his annual press conference in Moscow.
According to Lavrov, this approach is used to settle many of today’s crises, including the united fight against terrorism.
“When other things are brought into the collectiveness in the fight [against terrorism], for example if you agree on a regime change in Syria, and then we start actually fighting against terrorism collectively and coordinate our actions. This is, I believe, already a big mistake for those politicians who hold this position,” Lavrov added.
