His remarks came after UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura told French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius that he had not invited any PYD representatives to the inter-Syrian talks in Geneva.
"Of course, we have not been invited due to pressure from Turkey. It seems that they do not want the Geneva conference to succeed in finding a democratic solution to the Syrian conflict," Khaled Isa said.
De Mistura sounding cautious on Syria peace talks: "This is not Geneva 3. This is leading to what we hope will be a Geneva success story."

He also said that Kurds had proven themselves as staunch opponents to Islamism in Syria, and that they have a plan to create a democratic secular society in a territory three times that of neighboring Lebanon, which is regarded as a threat by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
"We are seeking to resolve the crisis by notably taking part in the talks, but given the current state of affairs, the ball is in the regional and international forces' court. If they really wanted to solve the crisis, we would have been invited," he added.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has, meanwhile. emphasized that the absence of the Syrian Kurds at the Geneva talks would significantly undermine the meeting's effectiveness.
