The High Negotiations Committee said that the Syrian Riyadh-firmed opposition delegation is expected to meet with the UN envoy to Syria.

GENEVA (Sputnik) — The Syrian Riyadh-firmed opposition delegation is expected to meet with UN envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura a Sunday, the High Negotiations Committee (HNC) said in a statement Saturday.

"The [Syrian opposition] delegation arrived in Geneva on the eve of a meeting with UN Special Envoy Mr. Staffan de Mistura on Sunday," the statement says.
