The Australian-born photographer travels all over the world looking for chances to meet new people and create new projects. He lives in Los Angeles and frequently visits Wellington.
Brett spent two years preparing his Underwater Pole Fitness set. He travelled all over the globe photographing the “incredible skills” of talented performers.
The artist revealed that though the girls had made their poses look very easy, in reality it was a challenge for them as they had to adapt to the low-gravity of water and learn to hold their breath.
The artist said he had always had a camera at hand. His passion is divided between advertising and, of course, photography, which enable him to realize his creativity.
Before devoting his life to photography in the mid-1990s, Brett had tried a number of occupations such as IT and pizza delivery.
