WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Kerry succeeded Clinton as secretary of state on February 1, 2013 and was the unsuccessful Democratic Party candidate for US president in the 2004 election against incumbent George W. Bush.
"I hear he [Kerry] wants to run for president if Hillary gets put in prison, that's what I hear," Trump told the rally on Tuesday evening.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating Clinton’s use of a private server and address to send or receive emails, including several with top secret classifications during her four years as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.
