MOSCOW (Sputnik) – More than 50 intercontinental ballistic missiles have been put on active duty throughout Russia over the past three years, Missile Forces Commander Col.-Gen. Sergei Karakayev said Thursday.
“Over the last three years more than 50 intercontinental ballistic missiles have been placed on active duty, which has allowed for the increase of modern weaponry by 15 percent,” Karakayev told journalists.
