MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The investigation of the Russian A321 plane crash in Egypt's Sinai peninsula has been extended until April 30, 2016, an investigator working on the case told a Moscow court Thursday.
"A decision has been made to extend the investigation period for another few months, until April 30," the investigator said.
On October 31, Russian air carrier Kogalymavia's Airbus A321 crashed in the Sinai Peninsula. The plane, carrying 224 people, was heading to St. Petersburg from the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh.
