TBILISI (Sputnik) — The foreign ministers of Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan signed a joint declaration on the development of cooperation following a meeting in Tbilisi, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said Friday.
"The parties signed a declaration on cooperation with a specific plan, which marked all the main topics that were discussed at the joint meeting," the ministry told RIA Novosti.
The ministry added that the main topic of the meeting was the common fight against terrorism and strengthening cooperation in this field.
In addition, the sides discussed infrastructure projects, in particular, the construction of the TANAP pipeline from Azerbaijan through Georgia and Turkey to Europe, the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, as well as the new Baku International Sea Trade Port project.
