Some 150,000 People Likely to Leave Libya for Europe in Next Weeks
Europe is likely to face an increased influx of refugees in the next few weeks, with some 150,000 people ready to leave Libya for Europe, German media reported.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Germany's Interior Ministry believes that refugees will arrive in Greece and then head to other European countries via the Balkan route, the Bild am Sonntag news outlet reported, citing a ministry's source.

The German government is planning on Monday to officially appeal to the European Commission to demand the complete registration and control over refugees in the Schengen area, the news outlet reported.
According to the International Organization for Migration, over 83,000 migrants or refugees have already crossed into Greece since the beginning of 2016.
