"The first Saudi aircraft had already started to arrive to combat Daesh," Kalin told reporters.

Riyadh’s deployment of four F-15E Strike Eagle fighter-bombers joins US, German and Qatari aircraft taking part in anti-Daesh airstrikes in Iraq and Syria.
The US-led coalition has carried out airstrikes against the group, banned in a number of countries including Russia, in Syria since mid-2014 without approval from Damascus or the United Nations.
The Incirlik base is 5 miles north of the Turkish city of Adana near the Syrian border.
Kalin stressed that Ankara had no plans of launching ground operations in Syria on its own initiative, but pointed out the inefficiency of air operations.
