So, he shot the two boys, wife and the neighbor," the coroner said.
Mason County Coroner Jane Pentz confirmed that the two boys of Russian origin killed in Washington were adopted in the United States, adding she was unaware whether they were Russian citizens.
"I don't know about their [the children's] passports, but I was told by the police department that they were Russian. And I know that they were adopted," the coroner said.
