MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the KBTX broadcaster, citing Grimes County Sheriff Don Sowell, the plane was spotted around 10 a.m. local time on Sunday (16:00 GMT) in a wooded area a mile south of the airport.

Emergency services are reportedly working at the scene of the accident which reasons currently remain unknown.
