The movie about the troubled life of Amy Winehouse "Amy" received best documentary feature Oscar. Also, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy's "A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness" has won the best documentary short Oscar.
Best foreign film Oscar went to László Nemes' Hungarian drama film "Son of Saul".
Best original score Oscar went to Ennio Morricone for "The Hateful Eight". Also, Sam Smith has won best original song nomination for "Writing's on the Wall" frome the "Spectre" movie.
Alejandro González Iñárritu has won best director Oscar for his survival drama "The Revenant". In 2014 he had also won best director Oscar for his "Berdman" movie.
Best actress Oscar went to Brie Larson for playing a woman kidnapped and forced to raise her child in a single room in "Room" movie.
Leonardo DiCaprio won this year's Best Actor in a Leading Role for his role in "The Revenant" portraying Hugh Glass, an American frontiersman, at the 2016 Oscars race.
