PARIS (Sputnik) – Lavrov said that "the leaders of the ‘Normandy Four’ control he implementation of the Minsk [peace] agreements [on Ukraine]," adding that "as far as I understand in some time a telephone conversation will be planned, most likely between our leaders, the four countries of the ‘Normandy Format’".
France’s newly appointed Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said after the Paris meeting that certain goals have been set and a calendar has been drafted for their implementation in the coming weeks, in the Normandy Format.
