MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to NBC News, the explosion took place in northern Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood in the early hours of the day.
There is still no official information on the causes of the explosion, however, some reports suggest it may have been a gas leak.
Media outlets cited a resident as saying that at least three buildings had been destroyed, including a coffee shop, a restaurant and a grocery store.
