MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the police, which arrived at the scene immediately after the incident, the office was empty at the time of the incident, so no one was injured. The investigation into the incident has been launched.

The anonymous group, which named itself as "dissatisfied citizens," sent a letter to the Kosovan broadcaster Klan Kosova TV, claiming responsibility for the failed attack.
