MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The decision on determining a date for ground operations in Syria by the international coalition will be made by the United States, Saudi Arabian Defense Ministry aide Ahmed Asiri told Sputnik on Tuesday.
“This issue depends on the Americans who head the coalition. They may set an approximate date, but so far there have not been any meetings on the level of military experts,” Asiri said by telephone.
