MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will exchange opinions on the situation in Syria, according to material disseminated ahead of the leaders’ meeting.
“During the meeting, the condition and outlooks of developing bilateral cooperation in various areas are planned to be discussed. It is assumed that an exchange of opinions on actual international issues, first and foremost on the situation in Syria, as well as the problems in the Palestinian-Israeli settlement,” the document reads.
Rivlin is expected in Moscow on March 16 for a two-day official visit.
