Damascus may be a venue for signing a final document of the intra-Syrian talks, the head of the Syrian opposition group formed at the Hmeimim air base told Sputnik Thursday.

GENEVA (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, several sources at the ongoing peace talks in Geneva said that the final round of the intra-Syrian talks and signing of the final document might be held in Damascus.

"If we find a solution for the Syrian crisis that would result in signing some document, of course it can take place in Damascus," Ilian Masaad stated.
