MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the provisional agreement, Brussels pledged to accept every approved Syrian refugee for every undocumented migrant returned to Turkey on a one-for-one basis.
"Now unanimous agreement between all EU HoSG [heads of state and government] and Turkey's PM [prime minister] on EU-Turkey Statement," Tusk tweeted, minutes after Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite issued a similar statement.
