Concerns Remain Over EU-Turkey Deal on Refugees Amid Acrimony
BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – A number of high-level officials at the European Council in Brussels confirmed sealing the provisional deal envisioning a one-for-one exchange of migrants to help Europe tackle the greatest refugee crisis it has experienced since World War II.

"Today we also specified certain projects and 3 billion euros will be starting to be spend in coming weeks for Syrian refugees only, not for Turkey," Davutoglu said at a joint press conference announcing the migrant package alongside European Council and European Commission leaders.
