MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the results of an Opinium Research poll commissioned by the Observer newspaper, immigration is leading among the major issues of concern for 53 percent of the polled, while 51 percent of the surveyed consider the health issues, including the ones related to the NHS, affects the United Kingdom most of all.
The survey showed that the problem of Great Britain's possible withdrawal from the European Union, so-called Brexit, is also among the top issues of concern for Britons, but only for a third of them.
In the beginning of March, a Ipsos MORI poll revealed that the Britons considered immigration and healthcare among the most significant issues for the United Kingdom, however the third in order of importance for the UK residents were the economic issues, leaving Brexit on the fourth place.
