MOSCOW (Sputnik) – "Amid the closure of Brussels airport until 8 a.m. Moscow time [05:00 GMT] on March 23, 2016, and due to the uncertainty of further development of the situation with air traffic with Brussels in the coming days, Aeroflot encourages passengers planning flights on March 22, 23, 24, 25 to refrain from the travel," the company's statement reads.
The company added that the passengers can return the tickets without penalty, reschedule the trip to a later date or change a destination.
On Tuesday, two bomb explosions at the Brussels Airport departure hall left at least 14 people killed, while a blast in the central Brussels Maelbeek metro station killed another 20. According to the latest reports, nearly 200 people were injured in the attacks.
