MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The medical personnel of Saint-Pierre University Hospital in Brussels is currently treating 15 victims of Tuesday's blasts in the Belgian capital, five of them are in critical condition, the hospital’s communication officer told Sputnik.
"We have 15 victims. We have five victims what we call U-1 that is an extreme emergency, in the second category we have three victims and in the third category — seven victims," the officer said.
A series of blasts hit the Brussels Zaventem airport and a city metro station earlier on Tuesday, killing at least 34 people and injuring over 150 others.
The Belgian authorities are considering the explosions part of a coordinated terrorist attack.
