MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Federica Mogherini burst into tears when commenting on the Brussels attacks:
"I will stop here, you will understand this. Today was a difficult day," Mogherini said in comments broadcast by Euronews before tearing up and leaving the press conference.

At least 15 people were confirmed dead in two explosions at the Zaventem airport, one of which was described by the Belgian federal prosecutor as carried out by a suicide bomber.
According to the latest reports, the death toll has risen to 34 people.
Fifteen people are feared dead and 55 injured in an explosion at the Maelbeek metro station in central Brussels that occurred half an hour later.
