GENEVA (Sputnik) — Some of the perpetrators of Tuesday’s terrorist attacks in Brussels had fought in Syria, head of the Damascus delegation to the Geneva talks on Syria settlement, Bashar Jaafari, said Wednesday.
"I want to note that some of the terrorists who carried out the attack in Brussels yesterday, fought and killed the Syrians in Syria before they returned to their capital, Brussels,” Jaafari told reporters after a meeting with UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.
